Therapy for Successful People. Find Solutions.

I’m a different type of therapist. I focus beyond a diagnosis,
the latest trend in therapy or your insurance company. It’s
about ALL of you.
Total Ideal U.

People think you have it all together.

You look good on the outside. You make a good living and have a good education. People admire you. But something is missing on the inside. Sometimes there are good days or weeks or months, but then it hits all of a sudden. Sadness, anger or stress feel like secret companions. It’s hard to put it into words, but it also feels hard to talk about. Especially if everyone sees you as having it all together. That’s a lot to hold alone. Having a safe, confidential space can help.

Successful people also need support.

Strengths-based and Stress Free

I don't just focus on what is going wrong. I also focus on what you are already doing right.

Integrated and collabortive.

I listen to my clients. I consider several perspectives and approaches. Not just mine.

Safe and non-judgmental.

For the therapeutic space to be integratively healing, I hold space in non-judgement so that my clients can be fully themselves. To support rather than point a finger is one of my most basic missions.

My commitment to my clients

I’m a therapist who has also been a client. When I went in search of someone that could help me, I was often made to fit to the therapist rather than the therapist fitting into what I needed. Also, my insurance would only pay about 6 to 8 sessions, which often was not near enough. Now, in my private practice, I go out of my way to get to know my clients and their experience in order to know what will work. My clients are in charge. And I feel honored to be alongside

Your Rights Under the 2022 No Surprises Act

  • You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
  • For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
